Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required without refund in the following conditions: • Less than 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • No show or missed appointment. • Late arrivals - arriving late for a service may require shortening the length of the treatment. • Any inappropriate behavior on the part of the client will result in immediate termination of massage session without any refund.
